If you have studied at the University of Bayreuth and need verification of this (e.g. Confirmation of period of study, certificate of study, or deregistration certificate, certificates for the German pension insurance), please write us an E-Mail with the information mentioned below.

Please note: for verification regarding examinations (e.g. reports, completed course requirements etc.) please approach the relevant Examinations Office.

• Surname and First Name (and birth name, if different)
• Date and place of birth
• Current postal address
• Former enrolment number (if known)
• Type of certification (e.g. for the German pension insurance) 
• Period of study and degree programme

Please attach a scan of your personal identity card to your E-mail. As a rule, you will receive the requested verification by mail within 7 -10 days.
